02 / PACKING
Professional packing process
The bicycle is protected at contact points, secured inside a reinforced carton, then sealed and strapped for handling.
Contact-point protection
Wrap the frame, fork and vulnerable components before the bicycle leaves the line.
Reinforced carton preparation
Prepare the carton and internal supports for the approved model.
Controlled loading
Two operators place the protected bicycle into the carton without impact.
Fit and accessory check
Confirm the bicycle, accessory box and internal clearances before closing.
Carton sealing
Close and staple the carton for stable transport.
Final strapping
Apply external straps and complete the final packing check.
